SID TV 2019: What is Safer Internet Day? - campaign film

Safer Internet Day aims to inspire a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively. It is a global campaign celebrated in over 140 countries around the world. In the UK, Safer Internet Day is coordinated by the UK Safer Internet Centre and the celebration sees hundreds of organisations get involved every year since 2011 to help promote a safer and a better internet for all.

SID TV 2019: "Surf" feat. Christian Foley - film for 11-14 year olds

"Surf" is a music video featuring spoken word artist Christian Foley and dancers from the Street Factory hip hop studio in Plymouth. The film encourages consideration of both the consent we give and the consent we ask from others in a connected world. Christian is a musician, poet, writer and teacher.

SID TV 2019: Zap and Zoom - A Space Race - film for 3-7 year olds

This is a 360 degree film which includes our animated characters Zap and Zoom, who also feature in our Education Pack for 3-7 year olds. In this film we see Zap and Zoom help young children who are playing a video game at home.

SID TV 2019: Data Detective - film for 7-11 year olds

We've created a Virtual Reality app, Digital Detectives, that allows 7-11 years to explore a virtual house while learning about consent online and the ways in which their information might be shared online. This film is to be used alongside the Education pack for 7-11 year olds.

SID TV 2019: Your Choice or Mine - film for parents and carers

We put young people and their parents head-to-head in a game show and asked them questions about consent online. We wanted to find out if parents and their children have the same or differing opinions on a range of online consent topics.

Young people and screentime - a good start

A short video to accompany our resource for parents and carers on screentime. The resource contains some useful advice and tips on time children spend online, what parents and carers should be aware of and how to manage it at home with their children.
