Fun without the sun!
Despite the difficult weather conditions, we have made some fantastic memories this week.
Year 3 were very excited to welcome Tamsin from 2 Faced Dance to work with them on their 2nd workshop. This week focused on showing a journey through movement. Meanwhile, Mrs Argyle worked with some of our Year 4, 5 & 6 children in our newly formed Christmas Choir.
On Thursday, as the waters rose again, Year 3 and 4 set off early to Techniquest in Cardiff to link with their science topics. It was an excellent day and the children were amazing; impressing the teachers as well as the adults who ran the workshop.
Back at school on Friday, children wore their own socks or tights to help raise money for Children In Need. Congratulations to this week's winners of the Headteacher Awards.
Fingers crossed for a drier week next week!
