It was super to start the new term looking back at the very special achievements the children had made over the past half term and to be able to say congratulations to those receiving Achievement Certificates. Congratulations to them all.
We also congratulated the latest winner of the egg box design competition run by Turners Garden Centre. We hope it is really supporting the recycling of egg boxes.
Year Three had a surprise visit from their French 'pen -pal' who they have been writing to during the year. She answered lots of questions about living and working in France, taught them a new song and brought croissant and pain au chocolate for them to try. The children were brilliant trying out the French they have been learning.
