We are sorry that we can't all be together today and hope that everyone is warm and safe and coping well in this latest spell of winter weather.
We were so pleased to see everyone on Tuesday and to be able to wish everyone a 'Happy New Year'.
We have all enjoyed being back together and have had a busy few days. In our assembly we started to think about our new value 'Hope' and what this means to us. Mrs. Bretherton has set all of the classes from Year 1 upwards the challenge of thinking of a personal 'hope' for this term. We are all writing these down and putting them into a special class envelope which will be kept safe until Easter, when we will be able to reopen the envelopes and have a look to see if any of our ambitions have happened!
We would like to say a great big 'Thank You' to our site manager, Mr Smith, and all of our build team who have helped to make our school site safe for us all to move around in the icy weather this week.
Next week, our blog will be back to normal and will include photographs of what is happening across school, but for now we would like to wish everyone a lovely weekend, and we look forward to seeing you all on Monday.
