In Year 1, we are currently doing PE on Monday and Forest School on Wednesday. Your children need to come in their PE kits on Mondays and Forest school clothes (with uniform in a bag) on Wednesday.  

We do guided reading on Thursday and Friday.  It's a good idea for your child to have their book bag in school every day of the week.  This allows them to swap their books more frequently once they have read them.  It also allows us to hear some of the children more often than once a week.  

As well as their books, please make sure that they have their reading diaries in school too.
