Linking with our World Book Day celebrations, we were very lucky to be joined by Toni and Poppy from Ledbury Poetry Festival. They taught us all about haikus and kenning poems, and we had great fun exploring different ways to be creative with words. The children loved performing their ideas and experimenting with descriptive language - what a fantastic way to celebrate reading and writing!
