In Year 1, this half term we are doing PE on Monday afternoon and Friday morning. Your children need to come in their PE kits on those days.
We do guided reading on Wednesday and Friday. It's a good idea for your child to have their book bag in school everyday of the week. This allows them to swap their books more frequently once they have read them. It also allows us to hear some of the children more often than once a week.
As well as their books, please make sure that they have their reading diaries in school too.
