I found lots of worms in my garden compost heap. on my minibeast hunt. Jess tells us all about worms. Can you listen out for her amazing fact – how many hearts does a worm have?
Now it’s your turn to look for worms! You can make your own wormery and watch your worms burrowing below the soil. Here are some boys making their own wormery to help you. On this video there’s some music which is actually all about a minibeast – it’s not a worm, but can you listen to the music and you’re your grown up what minibeast it is?
(The music is The Flight of the Bumble Bee by Rimsky Korsikov and I think it sounds JUST like bumblebees!)
