Home Learning

Snow Day learning.

Please use the work set under the 'Space' button.  There is two weeks worth of work here, so I suggest you just chose a couple of activities.  Most of your children have new spellings to learn, these are stapled into their reading diaries.  You could also hear them read or let them log on to Bug Club and read some of the books on there.

Don't forget to get out and enjoy the snow!

Stay warm and safe and I'll look forward to seeing you all soon.

PE Lessons

Reading.

Try to spend 10 minutes at least three times a week reading.  Use your own books from home or access books using Oxford Owl (link below).  Your class log in is 1R-P and your password is cats.

Whilst reading don't forget to look out for the phonics that you've been learning.

Don't forget to keep reading stories to your child too.

If you enjoyed Lost and Found by Oliver Jeffers you may like to hear him read some of his other stories to you.  The link below takes you to his website.

Maths

We will continue to use White Rose for our maths lessons over the next few weeks.  Topmarks also has many good maths games that will compliment their daily lessons.

Music

For those of you who are missing your music lessons with Mrs McIntyre here is a link to a website called Out of the Ark with a new song everyday.  Which one is your favourite?  Don't forget to warm up your voice first with the Choonbaboon.  Follow the link below.
