Class photos and blog

We have been very lucky this World Book Day to be able to work with the courtyard to develop our poetry performance skills. We practised miming to act out Little Red Riding Hood from Roald Dahl's Revolting Rhymes collection. We also got to enjoy a fun day of activities dressed as some of our favourite characters learning all about illustration and different book genres.

Making our calendars

We had a fantastic time on Thursday 12th December 2024 when we visited Birmingham Botanical Gardens. We explored the different glasshouses which helped us learn all about the different plants that thrive in different environments. We also learnt all about the rainforest environment and the animals that live there then even got to hold some animals too!
