Phase 3 review
We have finished the ditty work and now we need to return to the Phase 3 sounds to get them to stick in our brains!
Each day the format will be:
- Listen to the song for the sound. Listen a second time and encourage your child to sing along doing the action for the sound too. Check they are saying the sound correctly and clearly.
- Read some words containing the focus sound.
- Write a given sentence.
- Read a sentence and draw a picture to match.
The sentence activities will also incorporate the need to read the tricky words that have been taught.
