Express Yourself

We are always looking at ways of encouraging each other to think about, and understand, both our own feelings and emotions and those of others. We know that it is so important to be able to express ourselves and share how we are feeing with someone. This week, across school and at home, we have really focussed on this as part of Children’s Mental Health Week.The children have shared with us dancing, singing, art, walks, poetry and just having fun which are all fabulous ways of feeling relaxed and sharing with others. Everyone has been so thoughtful, caring and understanding in “Expressing Themselves” and talking about how to look after ourselves and others. Over the weekend we are going to find a time, a place or an activity to support this further. Thank you everyone.
