It was Year 4's turn to welcome parents into school to share some of their recent amazing work. It was lovely to see the children's designs and models for alternative electricity production, linking with their topic of 'Light'. The class also showed off their super news report videos, taking inspiration from their drama work with Miss Cook from the Courtyard.
Today we met early for assembly and talked about how, sadly, 'the school had been run over'. The children have been very understanding in having to change a few of their routines and play areas.
Mr Hallam spent some time with our Sports Council today; discussing new and exciting ways of promoting sport and healthy choices in school. We look forward to hearing more details soon.
Finally, we also congratulated two children from each class for hard work, maths, PE and writing - just to name a few.
