The children in Nursery and Reception celebrated Diwali. They made Diva lights, shared the story of Rama and Sita and learnt some lovely songs. They all shared some Diwali food while listening to music. It was quite magical.
Our Year Five pupils spent the day at Lady Hawkins' getting to know the school and the staff as part of a Taster Day involving all of our local schools. They came back very excited about the Rio themed day and all of the activities they took part in. What good preparation this is for them.
