Wednesday 17th - Friday 19th January
On Wednesday we welcomed Heather to our assembly representing Scouts. She shared the different uniforms and some of the types of badges that can be achieved. There is a taster-session on Saturday 20th January and so many of the children were excited by Heather's visit.
On Thursday, Year 6 had a Challenge Day at Lady Hawkins', where the children worked fantastically in teams to design, make and pitch a new drink for the Winter Olympics. Congratulations to two of our groups, who were awarded 2nd and 1st place!
We ended the week by congratulating two children from each class that had been noticed by their class teachers for special reasons. We had a few children this week whose reasons linked to our current value of 'humility'. Well done to you all.
