Our School Value for May is Cooperation.

Our Core Values: Hope, Trust, Courage & Perseverance, Respect, Cooperation, Responsibility, Kindness & Friendship, Honesty, Peace and Understanding.

We explore our core values in our school and class assemblies and look out for them in our daily practice, earning Values Vouchers and Beads as we go.

  • It's Friday

    As we reach the end of another week it has been amazing to see how well everyone has settled into working either at home or at school. The children have made such good use of their time and produced fantastic work. We have seen artwork, dance, writing and mathematics and know that they have been enjoying books and stories and being able to be outside finding ways to keep active.  Our value for this month is Quality and we have certainly seen a lot of this in the children's work, their friendships with each other and time with their families. Thank you for adapting so well, once again.

    So many of the older children have come together to share learning with their teachers and say hello to each other. It has meant we can bring our community a little closer in a very safe way. 

    Enjoy the little signs of nature that are popping up around us and have a good weekend.

     

  • Lockdown

    We have been trying to send a message to all of our parents and carers via Teachers2Parents but the internet is clearly in demand. We are now trying all ways of getting a message to you quickly.

    Having just heard the lockdown news at the same time as you we are making emergency 24hr plans.

    If you are a Key Worker and require school tomorrow please email admin@kington.hereford.sch.uk by 10pm this evening.

    More details of the way forward for everyone will follow tomorrow.

    We are so disappointed as we were looking forward to seeing everyone. We will work together, once more, to make this as positive as possible for everyone, especially our brilliant children.
